At Sony Latin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the quality inspection is complete.
